When you are buying our beautiful bedding there are many things that happen before you receive it. When purchasing from Electronic Adjustable Beds Australia.
1. Our major suppliers are industry leaders with decades of experience in design, manufacture and quality control. Our toppers, pillows and mattresses are packaged to arrive safely and every effort is made to make sure it does so.
2. Before dispatch
Every item is inspected for defects and appropriate packaging. Mattresses are generally dispatched in double heavy-duty plastic covers – virtually impossible to damage and perfect for Australian conditions, which may include long distance deliveries.
Accident prevention: you may request or we may suggest extra protection for your mattress. Specially made heavy-duty cardboard boxes are recommended for “out of metro” deliveries. Please add $60.
Some Companies will promise the world with un-realistic delivery times; only for you to be let down and wait endlessly for your product.
Below are approximate time schedules which may vary, e.g. a pillow can be posted where as a mattress cannot. Bulky items require road or rail and cannot be express posted like small items.
We will dispatch to the address you provide to us and we cannot be responsible for the delay that will likely occur if your contact and delivery details are incomplete or not accurate in anyway. If the goods are for any reason returned to us due to addressing or contact error we may require additional delivery charges from you.
Upon payment, ownership of the goods passes to you as the customer nominated. Anyone who receives the goods shall be presumed by us or the delivery service as to have the authority to receive said goods. Acceptance of the goods has occurred once they have been inspected and accepted as in good condition.
The delivery of your new product is a process, which is carried out the great care at Electronic Adjustable Beds Australia. Dispatch of your product usually occurs within 24 hours of processing your payment. With bank holidays and weekends the process may take longer. To keep you informed we will notify you when your product has been dispatched from our warehouse so you’re kept in the loop.
For all Australian wide deliveries a signature may be required upon receipt of delivery. If we do not have ‘Authority to leave’ (ATL), meaning you take personal responsibility for the product once delivered; or if it is deemed unsafe to deliver, a calling card will be left and a mutually agreeable time will be organised between yourself and the courier/freight operator.

Fast, Efficient Shipping
Just because you places your order on the Internet doesn’t mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your order quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as fast as possible. When you order from us, you can expect to receive your order in a timely manner.
Delivery within Australia – Your goods will be delivered to your door. We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX or RSM.
Australia wide up to 10-12 business days (Not including weekends)
Delivery Perth Metro – Please allow 1-5 business days (dependant on time of day ordered, final date of payment and day your order was taken.) Every effort to receive your order in a timely manner.
Delivery Outer Metro – Please allow 2-7 business days for outer metro
Country WA – Please allow 5-10 business days
Express – Perth Metro. Same day express service available if ordered and paid for by 1pm for $49
If you are not in WA don’t stress, we can often organise for you to get your product delivered to your door cheaper and faster than you can get it from a supplier on the east coast.
