Mattresses

  • The Warranty does not cover
  • Care Instructions

  • 10-year pro-rata Warranty (reduces by 10% per annum).
  • Guaranteed up to a weight of 110kg for each person.
  • Warranty covers physical defects and any changes, which causes depressions of more than 50mm in the core of the mattress.
  • This does not include, the quilting, padding etc. It applies only to the latex, memory foam, or springs.

  • Depressions in the mattress of less than 50mm
  • Small Manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the mattress
  • Comfort issues relating to the customers preferences
  • Damage caused by rough handling or being places on the incorrect type of base (see care instructions)

  • Mattresses must be placed on a slat base
  • Slats should not be placed more than 7cm apart
  • A 100% cotton mattress protector should be used to absorb moisture and extend the life of the mattress and mattress cover.
  • Latex mattresses only: rotate end-to-end each month – turn over every 4 months
  • Do not expose mattress to dampness, moisture or direct sunlight.
  • Removable covers can be dry-cleaned. Due to the bulk size of the cover, dry-cleaning or professional laundering is recommended.

Bed Bases

  • 5-year structural warranty
  • Guaranteed up to a weight of 110kh for each person/each side of the bed base

  • Damage caused by rough handling or misuse
  • The bed base or bed surround being disassembled, tampered with or exposed to moisture

  • Do not stand or jump of the slats or frame
  • Do not disassemble the slats from the base or frame
  • Ensure your bed base or bed surround is properly assembled and/or installed
  • Do not sit on the end of the bed and use as a chair.
  • Electronic Adjustable Bases:
  • Do not sit on the foot or head of the base when raised
  • Do not detach the motor from the base or tamper with the motor/s
  • Do not drop; use other people to help move if needed.
  • Warranties will be voided, should you not follow the above advice.
